- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆The teller (yes, there is usually only one of them) gets overwhelmed with the amount of clients waiting. If you go inside to do your banking, she splits her attention between the drive up window and the front of the bank. It took 30 minutes to get thru 5 people with simple deposit/withdrawal transactions. This was mainly because, for some reason, she made the people in the drive thru a priority. When I went into the building, there were 2 cars at the drive thru. This # grew as she serviced 4 cars at the window before finally returning her attention to us. The only reason they get 3 stars and not 1 is that she was pleasant. Still, I would like to think that she would get some assistance from the people sitting behind desks with nobody in front of them. Basically, they need 2 more tellers, MINIMUM.By Matthew Bronk, December 21, 2016
